A bet is considered accepted only when pk670's system has confirmed receipt and generated a unique bet reference number. It is the Member's responsibility to verify that bets have been accepted correctly before the commencement of the relevant event. pk670 accepts no liability for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues, device failure, or session timeout on the Member's side.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. pk670 operates on a "best odds at time of placement" basis for pre-match markets. Members accept this inherent variance by placing in-play wagers.
pk670 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a conclusive result; a manifest pricing error occurred; the outcome of the event was materially affected by circumstances outside normal sporting competition; or where pk670 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the integrity of the market has been compromised. Void bets are returned to the Member's balance at the original stake.
pk670 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are published within individual market pages and the help centre. Where winnings from a single bet or accumulator exceed the applicable maximum, pk670 will pay out to the stated cap and the excess will not be awarded.
